Feedback of our guests are very important for us.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the not expected experience during your stay at Melia Sinai.
Your situation was discussed with Resident manager who investigated immediately the issue.
Regarding the Christmas dinner: the waiter informed you correct about the price for champagne. All prices were written in Christmas Menu.
After you refused to pay the bill, for your satisfaction F&B and Resident manager proposed for you to bring the same bottle of champagne or to pay the bill as per the Menu.
Unfortunately you didn’t confirmed what solution of the situation you preferred and you left the Christmas Dinner.
According hotel policy the amount was included in your Bill.
Upon check out you agreed with the Bill and paid.
Regarding your room problems: 2nd of January you contacted Guest Experience Coordinator Ms. Elena and reported following:
water leakage in the toilet
request extra towel
problem with entrance door
All problems were fixed during 30 min.
6th of January you confirmed to Ms. Elena that everything was fine in the room.
